Yoga in Color

Through this dynamic yoga serious we will focus on one color. Using that color to tell a story through movements and breathing. At the end of the session we will create a rainbow. We can talk about this one in more depth I am hoping to offer a serious each season based around one simple educational topic- colors, shapes, weather etc. Meditation will be a definitive at the end of class.
