Drop In Line Dancing Fitness Class - Line Dance Fitness Class Looking for a fun and easy way to stay active? Join our fit & fun line dancing class! This is the perfect way to get low-impact exercise while learning beginner and beginner-plus line dance routines set to a variety of music genres. This is a drop in program. Therefore you do not need to register. It is $7 per class and payments will be taken at the front desk at the Recreation Center. Aqua Power Fitness - Aqua Power Fitness If you are looking for a workout to maintain or increase your fitness level, with less impact on your joints, a “liquid gym” is the place to be. Aqua Power is a full body water aerobics workout, combining cardio and toning exercises set to fun, upbeat music. Swimming skills are not required.This is a Drop In Program. Please pay the drop in fee at the front desk. Open to Residents and Non-Residents.

Drop In Line Dancing Fitness Class - Line Dance Fitness Class Looking for a fun and easy way to stay active? Join our fit & fun line dancing class! This is the perfect way to get low-impact exercise while learning beginner and beginner-plus line dance routines set to a variety of music genres. This is a drop in program. Therefore you do not need to register. It is $7 per class and payments will be taken at the front desk at the Recreation Center.
