Indoor Parkour
Parkour Generations offers climbing, adventure, plus more. Kids receive instruction on basic movement of Parkour and a number of strength and conditioning exercises. They'll develop strength, speed, endurance, precision, spatial awareness, dynamism and creativity.

When registering for a Parkour Class, please fill out the waiver form below and bring it to the first day of class.
