Runner Race Track Starting Positions
Get your running shoes on and join Medford Recreation for our track clinic at Tufts Park. We will be teaching the fundamentals of proper running form, proper stretching, injury prevention, sprint mechanics and training for the one and two mile runs.

This class will be modified to meet COVID restrictions.  Please provide your own water bottle for each class. Class will need to be cancelled if an illness is reported or predicted inclement weather.
