Parent participation is not required. Children are encouraged to go on the ice on their own, but parents/guardians are welcome if needed. Adult skates are available to rent at the Skate Shop for $8.
Join Medford Recreation as we revamp our Learn to Skate Program! Coach Christine will be teaching your child how to ice skate. Each week, we will have fun activities and games to help get your child become comfortable on the ice in a fun atmosphere.
All children must wear a helmet and mittens or gloves to participate in the class. Due to limited preschool skate sizes, participants must provide their own skates.
