Track
Medford recreational summer track program at Hormel Stadium! All equipment provided.
Coach Sue will teach the fundamentals of track and field. Endurance will be improved, and stretches and drills will be incorporated. Their will be relay work and a variety of track and field equipment will be introduced.
A variety of track equipment will be introduced including relay batons, hurdles, and javelins.
Please bring a water bottle, good sneakers and enthusiasm.
