Soccer Ball In The Grass Covered By Rain
In this newly added Soccer Clinic, Emily O'Shei will work on skill development and scrimmages. This class will be recreational, meaning no soccer experience is necessary. The goal of this clinic is to teach the fundamental skills, knowledge, and behaviors for participants to be successful and confident playing soccer. Each day will begin with a warm up and stretching routine, followed by skill focused drills, and a small sided or skill related game. Each session will finish with a scrimmage to allow athletes to practice whe they have learned in a game related setting and gain a better understanding of the rules, strategies, and positions in soccer. 

What to wear & bring: 
Athletic clothes 
Sneakers (cleats are optional) 
Shin guards are optional but strongly recommended 
Large water bottle
