Dance your way to fitness with Medford Recreation! This dance-based adult cardio class incorporates a wide variety of medium- and low-impact aerobic dance moves to a variety of high-energy beats. It’s like a dance party!  Fun and easy to do moves will get your heart pumping. Dance your way to a fitter you!

This is a drop in program. Therefore you do not need to register. It is $7 per class and payments will be taken at the front desk at the Recreation Center.
