We’re excited to invite your 5-10 years olds to a fun-filled class designed to give their coordination skills a fantastic boost! Coach Sue, will lead the way as kids learn how to move smoothly and efficiently. We’ll explore essential skills like hopping, skipping, galloping, jumping jacks, and more, all while having a blast!

Balance is another key focus, and we’ll practice that with engaging activities like walking on low balance beams, ball balancing, rolling, and fun balance poses. Our non-competitive games will ensure that everyone is involved and enjoying themselves as they develop their skills in a lively atmosphere.

Additionally, we’ll incorporate elements of directionality, spatial awareness, and crossing the midline into our activities. Each class will support good posture, eye focus, and coordinating both sides of the body—with tons of fun equipment and plenty of encouragement along the way! We can’t wait to see everyone there!
