Welcome to the Modern Taekwondo Center Program, now available through Medford Rec! 

This class is designed for children ages 3-4 and their caregivers to experience Taekwondo together. We’ll focus on building basic motor skills, coordination, and confidence through fun, interactive drills and games that introduce children to the fundamentals of Taekwondo in a positive and supportive environment.
