Coach Skerry, Medford Recreation, and the Medford Police Department are pleased to announce their collaboration for this year's Recreation Basketball League for the upcoming Spring season! This league is open to both boys and girls in grades 3-5 & 6-8, regardless of their prior basketball experience. The primary goal is to provide a fun outdoor environment while helping participants develop new basketball skills.
Over the first two weeks, players will be evaluated. Then each week, players will be organized into teams, ensuring a balanced mix of skill levels.
Regular games will take place every Sunday at Tufts Park. Specific game times will be confirmed once teams are formed. The game schedule includes dates on May 17, May 31, June 7, and June 14.
Each player will receive a reversible basketball jersey.
