Reimagym
Circuit Fun is a 45-minute class that works your muscles and gets your heart pumping!  Using your body weight we will move through a lower body exercise, an upper body exercise and then a core exercise. We'll begin with a standing warm up, move into two different strength circuits challenging your whole body and then cool down with some stretching. Bring a mat or blanket if you prefer not to be directly on the ground.
